The building season is in full swing and Hamilton offers complete design to build services. 

Design: As a provider of panelized material packages, we offer over 50 standard plans and 8 custom log plans giving customers a place to start when planning their custom project. Our CAD department employs state of the art software and will draw custom plans at no additional charge. Don't spend hours poring over floor plans online. If you're building in the Northeast, have a look at Hamilton's plans for these key reasons:
   We respect your time by offering enough plan variety to find a design that can be CUSTOMIZED to exactly meet your needs, and with NO ADDED design fee. When you're ready, your Hamilton Dealer will help you through that simple process. 
   We respect your building budget. FULL SETS OF PLANS are included in our packages so don't spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on those other sites buying plans you're going to modify any way.
