This build is a two for one deal! The home owners had a vision to create two living spaces, so this home virtually features two homes under one roof. When you take a look at the floor plans, you see that the left 2/3 of the house is the "main," larger living space, and the remaining right 1/3 of the house is a separate living space of its own.
