According to an October report from the Remodeling Futures Program at the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University, remodeling spending is expected to grow to more than $350 billion in the third quarter of 2019 (in the third quarter of 2018, spending was at $331 billion), which represents a slowing of spending growth compared to recent years.
