Two for One Tuesday

This build is a two for one deal! The home owners had a vision to create two living spaces, so this home virtually features two homes under one roof. When you take a look at the floor plans, you see that the left 2/3 of the house is the "main," larger living space, and the remaining right 1/3 of the house is a separate living space of its own. Also, notice how there are two entryways so that the other side of the home is not disturbed when the "neighbors" come and go. The spaces are segregated from each other to create two completely different living areas, and the laundry room is the passageway between the two. The main level is 2,671  SQ FT and the basement has 1,280 SQ FT, totaling 3,951 SQ FT. This type of floor plan could work for families in a multitude of ways.
