Gorgeous Grays

If you were to survey 100 people on their favorite color, we are willing to bet that you won't get more than one person! However unpopular gray is for a favorite color, it continues to gain traction as one of the hottest colors to use in your home!

While it is believed that a gray is achieved with a 50/50 blend of white and black, this is not always the case! Often, a gray is created with a blend of other colors. This becomes noticeable when redecorating a home; if you change the color of the sofa in your gray living room, it will appear as though you've painted the walls as well!

“[Gray] gives people the ability to change the mood of a space by changing the accent colors of small things like throw pillows and small rugs. Switch out a soft, calming blue for bright colors like red, yellow or orange and you add pop and action.” Scott Bodenner
