Excellent Entryways

The entryway of your home often gives someone a first impression of you and your personal style of home decor. Are you sleek and modern? Are you rustic and rural? It only takes a few key pieces to put together your foyer space, so carefully choose these few pieces. Consider two major components that can make or break your entryway - organization and space! Check out some of these neat Pinterest inspirations to get some brainstorming ideas.

  • Figure out a source for organization. Choose this piece first, as it will likely be one of the biggest components to your new and improved entryway. If you dig through some Pinterest posts, you'll find some great, budget-friendly DIY organizer.

  • Manage the space of your entryway appropriately. No matter how big or how small, you can decorate your entryway to fit the size. If you live in a tiny apartment, look for narrow, tall pieces, or find something similar to a floating shelf with hooks for storage. If you have a large entryway that is more of a formal foyer, pick out a more spacious desk or an antique chair. Either way, utilize space thoughtfully.

Having a pool to cool off and relax in is a luxury that is especially nice during these hot summer months. But, like most luxuries in life, time, energy, and money must be put into owning a pool. One of the costs associated with having a pool is the money it takes to heat a pool. If you are interested in swimming in your pool after the sun goes down or during cooler months, heating your pool is a viable option to consider. Check out some information about how solar hot water collectors can heat your pool. How does it work? Pool water gets pumped through a filter into a solar hot water collector. Hopefully you don't have many, or any at all, but if you do you'll need to fill them in prior to sealing the driveway. Make sure it's hot outside! It might be tiring to work in the heat, but the higher the temper...
