Hamilton Building Services: Our Story

Our Story:

Hamilton Building Services opened its doors in January 2012 and hasn’t looked back! We specialize in panelized construction, and offer a wide range of home designs for every need and taste, in addition to custom designs.

Locally owned and operated, Independent Hamilton Dealers work with the customer all the way through the project, from the very first meeting to the completion of the home. With Independent Dealerships across the Northeast, Hamilton knew that locating their business in Cortland would allow them to centrally serve the Dealerships. The growing staff at Hamilton provides services for their Dealers such as drafting, product design, kitchen and bath design, marketing and social media support, and the sales training needed to succeed in today’s market. Our Independent Dealers are never far from “home”, as we host continuing education workshops and go-to meetings.
Our CAD department employs state of the art software and draws custom plans at no additional charge. Upon request, we provide the service of having plans stamped by a licensed engineer. Our kitchen department custom designs for every kitchen to suit your individual needs and wants. For maximum convenience for the project, all of the materials in the package are shipped directly to the job site.

These are a handful of the ways we follow through on our commitment to creating an exceptional building experience. Take a look at our testimonials to see what our customers have to say about working with Hamilton to build their dream home and contact us. We’ll put you in touch with your local Independent Dealer so you can get started right away!
